Responsibilities
As a blithequark Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the printing and distribution of online pick tickets multiple times daily
- Assisting customers reputed company phone and email ticketing system to reputed company order changes, reputed company orders, and resolve issues
- Checking in and completing reputed company online returns
- Answering reputed company inbound phone calls and routing to the appropriate team member reputed company necessary
- Assisting the warehouse picking team with questions on tickets and orders

Requirements
