Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and professional manner
