Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the quality improvement efforts of our help desk operations, working closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets our standards. You will analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company and implement strategies to drive quality enhancements and efficiency gains. You will also collaborate with our training and content teams to reputed company and deploy new training programs and content to support our help desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a quantitative or business role

• Proven track record of driving quality improvements and efficiency gains across multiple help desk operations
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience refining large datasets to identify key insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present reputed company data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
