Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Manager at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating new email addresses and social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) following our guidelines
- Uploading profile photos and completing account profile details
- Account Warm-Up: logging in and interacting with relevant content for the first 3 days to establish natural activity before official posting begins
- Daily Posting & Engagement: posting 3 times a day, every day, on both TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Creating content, writing captions (if needed), and scheduling drafts on your phone
- Maintaining authentic engagement by scrolling through the reputed company for 5 minutes per post
Time Commitment:
We understand that time is valuable, and we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the time commitment required for this role. Here's a breakdown of the estimated time commitment:
- Week 1: Estimated 4-5 hours (includes account setup, initial warm-up, and getting reputed company draft content ready)
- Subsequent Weeks: Estimated 2-3 hours each week (primarily handling the daily postings and quick engagement)
