Job Summary

As a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist at blithequark, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while originating consumer loans, completing loan applications, and developing strong customer relationships. You will also assist the reputed company Manager with daily operational tasks and set a positive example for other team members. Responsibilities

* Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers, driving sales growth and reputed company expansion.

• Evaluates customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions, ensuring customers receive the most suitable options.
• Completes loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers, following up with pending applicants to ensure timely processing.
• Assists potential borrowers by explaining the loan process, answering questions regarding loan products and loan processing, and providing exceptional customer care.
• Takes ownership of customer concerns and works with management to formulate and execute strategies for potential problem loans, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and breaks down files, maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Consistently meets or exceeds loan goals, driving sales performance and contributing to the reputed company's success.
• Responsible for day-to-day servicing of an reputed company-growing, reputed company consumer loan portfolio, applying analytical skills to quickly and reputed company resolve any customer issues.
• Effectively builds trust with customers and internal staff by embodying and demonstrating the philosophy of the organization, including core values, company policies, operational procedures, and compliance.
• Processes insurance claims, follow-reputed company, and payments daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely processing.
• Provides excellent customer care through daily transactions, customer inquiries, and problem resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Adheres to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies, guidelines, and requirements regarding compliance, maintaining a high level of reputed company and professionalism.
• Answers incoming phone calls, checks the reputed company's voicemail, and assists the reputed company Manager with miscellaneous operational tasks, such as daily initialization, preparing daily deposits, and importing live checks.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and reputed company Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to reputed company with our company policy regarding employment credit reputed company, background checks, and drug screening.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products. Eligibility is based on a criminal background reputed company conducted by the state's department of insurance.
