Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative III in our Call Center, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them to reputed company their financial goals. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

* Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries, with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues on the reputed company

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, reputed company, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Meet and exceed service goals, with a proven ability to build and advance customer relationships
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to meet their needs
  • Utilize technology to support and troubleshoot online services, gathering information and tracking customer interactions
  • Actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, supporting the values of the organization and following established bank policies and procedures
  • Work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires, including Saturday hours and holiday hours

Essential Functions

* Promptly answer incoming phone calls, courtesy to customers, accurately identifying customer's needs, and transferring calls accurately

  • Use the Bank phone equipment as well as multiple systems at the same time
  • Actively participate in the sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established bank policies and procedures
  • Work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requires, including Saturday hours and holiday hours

Minimum Qualifications

* Two years of consistent customer service experience, preferably in financial services

  • Six months of Call Center experience is desirable
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications as well as internet browsers, mobile devices, basic computer hardware
  • Ability to meet training standards and availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual (English & Spanish) or proficiency in other languages

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and operations
  • Experience with online banking and mobile banking systems
