Job Summary

As an reputed company Project Manager, Global Customer Care, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing cross-functional teams, and driving project success from initiation to closure. You will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to reputed company and execute project plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home two days per week, while still being part of a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
