Qualifications you’ll bring:

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years of administrative office experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with members, providers, and cross-departmental teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, SharePoint, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual Preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments.

Your key responsibilities:

• Receive and review medical documentation for completeness; conduct reputed company to medical offices and send fax communications as needed.
• Coordinate the completion of authorizations for UAS Assessments with vendors, ensuring reputed company regulatory requirements are met.
• Participate in planning activities with the Case Management Team to ensure services are in reputed company; communicate with vendors to resolve service barriers.
• Organize administrative processes to expedite approvals for membership in caseload.
• Provide follow-up for submission of documentation required to authorize services; liaise with vendors, members, and case managers as needed.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements reputed company to LTSS.
• Manage the LTSS phone queue while handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Confirm member eligibility; coordinate with the Enrollment Eligibility Team and submit service forms to reinstate or terminate member coverage; document reputed company actions in the Health Management Platform.
• Work effectively on weekly and monthly reports and provide necessary follow-up.
• Support LTSS programs by performing and documenting case management enrollment administrative functions, including case tracking, record keeping, coordination of member mailings, and clear documentation in the Health Management Platform.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
