You will work closely with our recruiting team to fill taste tests, resolve respondent questions and issues, and maintain a welcoming and courteous atmosphere. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, offering up to 25 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work from home with occasional on-site meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer care phone calls, responding to respondent inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Field inbound respondent communication, steering respondents towards high-reputed company tests and ensuring they meet qualification requirements
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for respondents, maintaining a professional demeanor and determining their needs
• Strive for reputed company resolution, clarifying respondent complaints or questions, determining the cause of problems, and finding and explaining the best solutions
• Answer incoming queries and resolve issues from respondents reputed company established parameters
• Cold call pre-existing contacts, internal respondents, and external potential respondents to fill taste tests

Essential Qualifications
