Summary We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content Marketing Creator to craft original content that engages our audience and drives measurable growth. You will shape how reputed company communicates its value through writing, visuals, storytelling, and research. What will help you succeed here:

Own the end-to-end production of original research reports, including our annual State of the Job Search report: defining the questions to explore, deciding on data sources, gathering data, analyzing it, and turning it into a compelling, visually-supported story.

Own a focused, ongoing project around our core SEO keywords, with the goal of improving rankings and driving us toward #1 positions where possible. That includes content optimization, refreshes, and creating new content reputed company needed.

What will help you succeed here:

3–5 years of professional experience in content, marketing, or a closely reputed company creative field. This is not an entry-level role.

Proven track record of producing original content in writing, visuals, or video, beyond executing pre-planned calendars.

Excellent writing skills with strong command of clarity, structure, and tone.

Deep understanding of what makes content effective for both users (helpful, trustworthy) and marketing (drives engagement and conversion).

Practical experience in SEO and content optimization, including keyword research, metadata, and internal linking.

Ability to design and manage original research projects using surveys or internal/external data sources.

Strong visual judgment and understanding of brand alignment, typography, spacing, and layout for blog posts and social media visuals, including header images, illustrations, diagrams, etc.

Comfortable working with lightweight design tools such as reputed company or Gamma.
