Account Specialist, Audit
The Account Specialist is primarily focused on leading the renewal for existing accounts during renewal window. The account specialist will have strong relationships with our reputed company and sales teams to help ensure a great experience for our clients while mitigating risk.About the Role:Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers
- Manage quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting
- Identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Respond to inbound commercial inquiries and reputed company reputed company opportunities appropriately
- Partner with CSMs to align renewal timing with customer value realization
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions
- Renewal Management: Drive timely and accurate renewals by managing quotes, reputed company, and customer communications, ensuring a seamless experience
- Commercial Execution: Handle inbound commercial requests, identify small-scale upsell opportunities, and support pricing discussions in collaboration with CSMs & Sales
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs, Sales, Finance, and Legal to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms
- Data & Forecasting: Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, update CRM records, and ensure visibility into commercial performance
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers to confirm renewal reputed company, clarify terms, and ensure commercial alignment with their evolving needs
- Renewal & Retention: Percentage of reputed company successfully renewed and customers retained reputed company assigned accounts
- Cross-Sales & Upsells: reputed company generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities identified and executed through the renewal process
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field (or relevant experience)
- 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring reputed company environment
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., reputed company, CPQ platforms)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
