- Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
- Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues
- Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered.
- Researching and completing customer requests reputed company reputed company tickets. These tickets can include but are not limited to approving packet sets, adjusting customers shipping facility, responding to customer emails, and responding to customer callback requests
- Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality reputed company Events and PHI breaches
- Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
- Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed. These tasks can include but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing reputed company tasks
