Your Role
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Coordinator – Partnership Servicing, you'll be the voice of blithequark, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be the go-to expert for reputed company customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services to resolve issues quickly and reputed company. You'll also be responsible for:
- Advocating for our customers, problem-solving, and owning issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements
- Investigating customer concerns, helping to create and implement process improvements, and reporting trending customer issues
- Supporting other customer service advocates, guiding them to the right path to solve customer concerns, and providing in-the-moment feedback to ensure they're connected to the right resources
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience

* 3+ years of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- 1+ year of experience using reputed company Suite or reputed company Office
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise good judgment and independent decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and dependability
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Preferred Qualifications
* 4+ years of customer service or call center experience
- 1+ year of experience working in the financial industry
- Experience working with reputed company customer issues, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
Work from Home Requirements
* A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
