Job Summary

As a Sr. Analyst in our Labor force Activities Work Execution team, you will play a critical role in addressing and resolving concerns reputed company to work from our store and HR partners in the field. You will also be responsible for driving business execution and identifying opportunities to improve our processes and communications with stores. This is a full-time remote work opportunity, and you will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with occasional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform decision-making

• Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and team members

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field reputed company to the job (e.g., business, data analysis, operations management)

• 3 years of work experience in a reputed company field (e.g., retail, operations, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience driving high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience counseling senior leaders and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field environment

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Data Systems) or similar data analysis tools
• Experience driving business execution and improving processes in a fast-paced environment
