The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized service
- Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
- Helping customers change their travel plans, including modifying or canceling reservations
- Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary, including flight, hotel, and rental car information
- Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
- Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping
About You
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a reputed company field
- Strong geographical knowledge to assist customers with travel planning and navigation
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
