Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our customers in a reputed company and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, and you'll be responsible for navigating challenging situations with composure and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Minimum of 18 years old * Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage * Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging * Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship * Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
