As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, completing Evidence of Insurance requests, greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to work with a proven reputed company funnel to set yourself up for success and exceed reputed company and prospective client expectations.Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Work with a proven reputed company funnel to set yourself up for success and exceed reputed company and prospective client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. We can guide you in the process of obtaining it.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be reputed company, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Exceeds reputed company and prospective client expectations.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
