Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations, and the successful candidate will be expected to process trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identify and address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, and reputed company other reputed company tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Identify and address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• reputed company reconciliation of Corporate Activity Activities, settling and reconciling transactions, and processing and reconciling returns activity
• Analyze reputed company and escalated issues, providing solutions and recommendations to management
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company to provide exceptional client and advisor support

Essential Qualifications
