  • A valid Texas Driver License with a good driving record, or the ability to obtain one, with a reliable means of transportation.
  • Typing test required, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and computer skills.

  • Customer Service Certification/Training, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Experience working in a utility or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of industry principles and practices.
