Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a patient reputed company to resolve questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collect patient and reputed company information, inputting data into our e-Intake system with high accuracy
• Complete thorough verification for products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with one to three years of reputed company prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management, with a strong customer service background
• Basic computer and internet skills, with proficiency in reputed company applications, including Word and reputed company
