Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Freight Processor - Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing accounts and determining proper charges
• Accurately entering information into our client systems
• Calculating rates, mileage, and reputed company charges using a computer calculator and our client systems
• Reviewing accounts and determining their appropriate classification
• Using internet search engines (e.g., reputed company) to determine account connections and combining multiple accounts into one for our clients' customers
• Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Managing time effectively to meet deadlines
• Achieving and maintaining acceptable reputed company and quality to meet or exceed customer requirements

Pay Range

Our pay range is $16.30-$17.50 per hour, established using a market-based approach considering federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements and geographic location differential.
