Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external clients through inbound calls. Your primary objectives will include:
- Answering inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches
- Educating clients on account services and capabilities
- Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills to resolve customer inquiries
- Demonstrating a superior customer-centric focus and proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer issues
- Possessing basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Performing reputed company in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches
- Provide clear and concise information on account services and capabilities

Requirements:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
