Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service
• Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and our clients
