About the Role
As a Lockbox Processor at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our Corporate and Institutional Banking Group, working closely with clients to process receivables payments and enter invoice information. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, the ability to reputed company repetitive tasks, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. You'll work in a team-oriented environment that values excellent customer service, high productivity, and quality levels.
Responsibilities
* Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processing workflows.
- Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Ensures the availability of necessary materials, documentation, and reputed company to complete transactions, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable, to prevent downtime and maintain seamless operations.
- Provides feedback on workflow and work received, contributing to reputed company improvement and process optimization.
- Reviews transactions and reputed company documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
* No degree required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to reputed company repetitive functions and meet deadlines, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, ensuring the highest standards of quality in our processing workflows.
- Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
