Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO or remotely from reputed company in CO. As a key member of our support team, you'll provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, troubleshoot issues, and employ Incident Management procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
• Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem resolution in both iOS and Android operating systems
• Installing the myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and methods
• Employing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

• One year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
• Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

• Additional, appropriate paid or unpaid experience that substitutes for the required education on a year-for-year basis

Work Schedule

As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:

• 3 weeks of training Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
• Permanent schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM - 6PM

Remote Work

We offer remote work options for this role, but you must be a reputed company of the reputed company. reputed company remote work must be performed in Colorado, and we will not consider out-of-state candidates who are looking to relocate to Colorado for this position.
