Job Summary:
As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations of our customer service and e-commerce programs. You'll reputed company the checkout experience, grocery delivery and pickup, and ensure seamless execution of store processes. Your primary focus will be on driving safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment. You'll work closely with the Team Leader to reputed company and motivate Team Members, promoting a culture of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experiences and hold Team Members accountable for delivering exceptional service.
- Establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders.
- Monitor in-store and online customer flow, assigning customer service-reputed company and online order completion tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay aware of relevant competitors and industry trends to inform process improvements and strategic decisions.
- Ensure effective and efficient responses to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
- Foster collaborative relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, such as reputed company delivery drivers.

Essential Qualifications:
* 12+ months of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong analysis skills to root cause underperformance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to reputed company task management, balancing dynamic customer flows.
- Proficient with email, reputed company Office, and operations-reputed company applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order management systems.
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Certification in customer service, leadership, or a reputed company field.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- In an 8-hour reputed company: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Hand use: Single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Exposure to temperatures 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive hourly wage range: $16.50 - $30.20, commensurate with experience.
