Responsibilities
As an entry-level Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, handling cash transactions, and resolving member inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing thoughtful, efficient, and friendly service to members in person and over the phone
- Handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and similar transactions
- Maintaining accurate records and balancing cash drawers
- Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Maintaining a high degree of personal reputed company and financial responsibility
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling required
- reputed company in English required; proficiency in Spanish as a second language preferred
- Strong computer, math, and communication skills

Schedule
