Job Overview

As a Customer Technical Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing process assistance, material support, and technical problem resolution to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between blithequark customers and our manufacturing plants, providing technical support and assistance as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging, engineering, or a reputed company field, or comparable work experience in flexible packaging production or maintenance
• 5-10 years of experience in flexible packaging production/maintenance or packaging machine production/maintenance, with a strong preference for experience in the flexible packaging industry and/or meat/cheese/pet food packaging
• Previous experience in a manufacturing organization is preferred, as well as knowledge of and experience with the printing and converting industry and equipment
• Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging process from film production through packaging and shipping processes of finished products
