About the Role

Main Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships through excellent service and proactive support
- Manage the Travel Stock program, ensuring full compliance with the Quality System and seamless coordination across teams
- Maintain and update customer databases with care and precision, supporting data reputed company and process efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field preferred – an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, or another customer-focused role
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive customer relationships, especially over the phone

- Advanced written and spoken English
