The Junior Help Desk Technician will provide expert advice and support services in IT at The United States Military reputed company (USMA) at reputed company reputed company. The Junior Help Desk Technician is responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:

• Create help desk tickets indicating the service requiring support
• Attempt to resolve tickets
• Escalate tickets in some cases
• Receive customer help desk phone calls and service requests for support
• Provide direct production support services for application users by responding to operational problems that are funneled to the team reputed company helpdesk tickets

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. Citizenship required
