As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers overcome the challenges they face in their gardening journey. You're a people person with a passion for gardening and customer service. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask with ease. You're also a quick learner, able to navigate our internal systems and websites with confidence. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Offering expert advice and guidance on our products and services
- Collaborating with reputed company to identify and implement process improvements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
A Day in the Life
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's an overview of what a typical day might look like:
- Grab a cup of coffee, water your desk plant, and get settled in for the day
- Sign into our internal systems and websites to access customer information and product knowledge

Training & Coaching

Schedule
* Full-time shifts available 8:45am-5pm Eastern or 11am-7pm Eastern, Saturdays and Sundays 8:45am-5pm Eastern
- We are open Monday-Saturday for most of the season, 7 days/week during our peak weeks from late March-early May
- This position will be required to work one weekend day
Overtime
* Overtime is typically available for most of the season
- During peak season (late March-early May), staff will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours of overtime per week
- reputed company overtime work will be paid according to federal and state labor laws, at 1.5x the regular hourly reputed company
Blackout Period
* March through May is our blackout period for vacation and no time off during those months will be approved
Computer Equipment
* The company will provide you with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset, as well as reputed company necessary cables
- You will be required to sign an agreement for the care of company equipment and return upon completion of employment
- If you experience any computer failure, you'll need to notify our IT department immediately
