Responsibilities
As a reputed company social worker and case manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with registered nurse case managers to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plans and health needs
- Researching available options and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active and unrestricted LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of experience in medical social work or case management
- A Master's degree in Social Work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems
