Position Overview

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members have an outstanding experience with our streaming service. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, and guiding members through our features to ensure an optimal user experience. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues, using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
  • Guide members through blithequark's features and ensure an optimal user experience, providing clear and concise instructions and support.
  • Document and track customer interactions using internal systems, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our customer service team.

Requirements

* Residency: Must be based in the United States.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred). + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).

  • Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
