Job Summary

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our pharmacy operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client complaints and inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

* Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including but not limited to: + Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries + Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner + Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times + Clarifying orders as needed

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of pharmacy operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to:

+ Client information + Order history + Communication logs

Requirements

* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License

  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • LTC pharmacy experience a plus
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills required, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite + Pharmacy management software

  • Great telephone etiquette a must
  • Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
