Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a wide range of topics, including:
- Child-reputed company products and services
- Cell phones and mobile devices
- Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
- Food, including fast food, casual dining, and upscale dining
- Sports, including casual viewers and die-hard fans
- Electronics, including devices and accessories
- Pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals
- Automobiles, including ownership, leasing, and financing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating in written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being reputed company to discuss them prior to the meeting date
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop or laptop
- Access to a reliable internet reputed company
