Job Summary

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, working closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely and efficient manner. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee data, supporting the development of our HR knowledge reputed company, and analyzing new employee services to optimize and automate work processes. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the accuracy of employee data: You'll be responsible for controlling employee structures and processes to ensure the accuracy of employee data, including reputed company transactions and statistics input & accuracy.

• Support the development of our HR knowledge reputed company: You'll help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge reputed company for employees, ensuring that they have access to the information they need to reputed company in their roles.
• Analyze and operationalize new employee services: You'll assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-employment to offboarding, to simplify, optimize, and automate work processes.
• reputed company device and testing audits: You'll reputed company audits to ensure the accuracy, reputed company, and functionality of our HR systems, analyzing and recording results and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with local and global teams: You'll work closely with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience with reputed company HCM tool: You'll have experience with the reputed company HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB).

• Strong analytical skills: You'll have strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills: You'll have demonstrated experience in customer service, communication, and stakeholder management, with the ability to resolve issues using rigorous logic and strategies.
• Strong interest in HR and talent management: You'll have a strong interest in HR and talent management, with the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or reputed company field: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist: Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus.
• Experience with reputed company ticketing system: Experience with reputed company ticketing system is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with HRIS systems: Experience with HRIS systems, including reputed company, is a plus.

• Knowledge of HR best practices: Knowledge of HR best practices, including talent management, employee engagement, and retention, is a plus.
• Certifications in HR or reputed company field: Certifications in HR or reputed company field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, is a plus.
