As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming and conducting outbound calls professionally, providing accurate information about products or services
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly, demonstrating reputed company and patience

  • Pharmacy, healthcare insurance, medical billing, hospital, or reputed company experience required
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various types of customers
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
  • Experience with data entry and using computerized systems is required
  • Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for diverse customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work an (8) hour shift between the hours 8:00am - 8:00pm EST. Schedules are on a rotational basis between these hours daily.
