Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand their needs and preferences
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services through engaging and informative responses
