Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, patients, and requestors reputed company phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
• Meet daily goals, including handling an average of 85 calls per day, with a focus on delivering accurate and concise information.
• Ensure accurate and detailed notes are maintained in Med-Release for reputed company actions taken.
• Build strong, value-based relationships with customers, demonstrating a passion for customer interaction and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Resend or cancel invoices, reprocess orders for missing information, and obtain missing information for non-compliant requests from patients and requestors.
• reputed company data entry and other duties as assigned, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure requests are sent promptly.
• Fax and email records securely to requestors, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Essential Qualifications
