Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and negotiate payment arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections
• Provide a blithequark brand interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, demonstrating courtesy and friendliness, and recognizing various account holder segments to offer suitable solutions
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
• Work in a reputed company environment (emails, telephone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's challenging and fast-paced, requiring you to prioritize work accordingly
• Apply various data and resources to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve customer problems

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience
• Ability to interact with customers, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
• Experience handling escalated customer complaints
• Strong technical skills, ability to work reputed company multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/reputed company applications
