About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Bilingual Canadian French/English Customer Expert to join reputed company of customer-focused professionals. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of reputed company, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their needs. Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support to customers reputed company telephone and/or Internet, including reputed company messaging and email
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment
- Providing customer support by phone, email, or reputed company message to business customers, serving as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
- Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
- Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
- Escalating more technical product-reputed company issues to the proper Product Support department and following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
- Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
- Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
- Meeting standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
- Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less reputed company associates
- Performing other reputed company duties as assigned
Qualifications
