Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Operator at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging in online conversations with customers reputed company live chat, email, and social media platforms

Requirements

To be successful as a Chat Operator at blithequark, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet reputed company and a computer or laptop that meets our minimum system requirements (see below)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or higher preferred)

• Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
