Training and Development

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.
• Learn and understand our ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations, to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.
• Answer and document reputed company telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient interactions are recorded and followed up on as necessary.
• Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage and arranging financial agreements as needed.

Essential Qualifications
