As a Staff Product Designer at reputed company, you will shape the vision and execution of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) product area. In this role, you’ll drive design excellence in one of the most reputed company and impactful areas of our product, helping customers manage third-party risk at scale.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to design clear, efficient experiences that bring clarity to complexity. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.

• Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact.

• Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions.

• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas.

• Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and reputed company problem-solving.

• Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proficient in managing reputed company projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling.

• Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs.
