Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a 4-6 month contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment. As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews and insurance intake forms, and entering data into our electronic database using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Word. You will work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities
* Process various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews and insurance intake forms
- Enter data into our electronic database using reputed company reputed company or reputed company Word
- Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion
- Use critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reputed company out to clients reputed company phone to obtain missing information
- Provide excellent customer service and client coordination over the phone
- Meet productivity and quality standards in a metrics-driven environment
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of remote work experience in a high-volume metrics-based environment
- Previous experience working in healthcare, insurance, or claims is preferred
- Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment is required
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a computer or laptop for use in this role (no Chromebooks)
- Must be comfortable and proficient using computers, spreadsheets, and have reliable internet
- Must be comfortable working in a metrics/quota driven environment
- Must be open to completing reputed company Word and reputed company Assessments
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
- Experience working in a remote data entry environment
- Experience working in a metrics-based environment
- Certification in medical terminology or a reputed company field is a plus
