About the Role
As an reputed company Claims Processing Agent – Data Entry and Insurance Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for administering the initial claims process, including data entry, billing, payment demand creation, and inbound/outbound calls for insurance verification. You will work closely with our Claim Processing Operations Manager to ensure that reputed company claims are processed reputed company and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers by returning phone calls and acknowledging correspondence in an appropriate timeframe.
* Effectively and accurately enter data on reputed company new claim submissions to our company database system and provide confirmation to clients of claim receipt as needed.
* Review and investigate documentation on facts of loss, collection potential, and other relevant information.
* Communicate with clients for additional documentation upon receipt of new claims.
* Verify accident details with various reporting agencies, obtain police reports, and conduct skip tracing as needed.
* Conduct initial calls to report claims to insurance companies and confirm coverage, as well as contact involved parties to confirm damages and verify insurance policy information.
* Document clearly and concisely reputed company relevant activity on reputed company files and reputed company recommendations for additional activity as appropriate.
* Communicate and escalate claims with a high degree of difficulty to the Operations Supervisor.
