Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions
