Responsibilities:
* Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate reputed company problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that issues are resolved reputed company and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future improvements

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. reputed company, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
