Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will answer inbound calls and provide information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions, empowering our members to reputed company understand their coverage and options. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions
- Provide information and solutions to reputed company members to reputed company understand their coverage and options
- Offer heart-driven support to improve the healthcare experience of our members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Required Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with clients (e.g., call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the healthcare industry
