Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Have a dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
  • Be willing to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Have at least 6 months of experience working remotely
  • Have at least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media
  • Have 1 year of experience working with reputed company or a customer service ticketing system
  • Have strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills
  • Have experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more
  • Be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons
  • Be able to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing (bi-lingual is a plus)
  • Have the ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally
  • Be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Have a high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
